Ky-Mani Marley was an established Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the most wealthy and most affluent. He starred in the iconic film Shottas with another famous singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called like Father Like Son. This was followed by a number of singles, including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap fit (remix) and Sensimelia. All of these have contributed to the growing reputation of Ky-Mani as a new reggae musician. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell from Fugees to cover Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song has been a big hit since 1997. Marley appeared at the Midem event (an international showcase of music) and was first held in Miami. Marley did a live performance in the Cameo Theatre, which was broadcast by Caribbean News Agency across 36 countries. Marley ended up engaged in a bidding war. Ky-Mani is the sole child of Bob Marley and his table tennis champion wife Anita Belnavis. Ky-Mani was born in Jamaica and is one the most well-known Reggae singers.
